Return and Refund Policy
At Infiniti Education Events, we are committed to providing our attendees with exceptional events that meet and exceed expectations. We understand, however, that circumstances can change, leading to the need to cancel a booking. Our return and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, ensuring that our attendees can book with confidence.
Cancellation by Participant:
- Notice Period: Participants wishing to cancel their registration must notify Infiniti Education Events in writing.
- More than 30 days before the event: Full refund minus a 10% administration fee.
- 15 to 30 days before the event: 50% refund.
- Less than 15 days before the event: No refund available.
- Substitutions: If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person without penalty. Please inform Infiniti Education Events of any substitutions at least 5 days before the event.
- Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving a written cancellation notice. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
Cancellation by Infiniti Education Events:
- Infiniti Education Events reserves the right to cancel any event due to insufficient enrolment, instructor illness, or force majeure events (e.g., extreme weather, natural disaster, pandemic, etc.).
- In the unlikely event of cancellation by Infiniti Education Events, registrants will be notified as soon as possible and will be offered the following options:
- A full refund of the registration fee with no administration charge.
- Transfer of registration to a rescheduled date or another event.
3. Infiniti Education Events is not responsible for any expenses incurred by the participant other than the registration fee (e.g., travel, accommodation, etc.).
No-Shows:
Participants who do not show up for the event without prior notification will not be eligible for a refund or transfer.
