First of Many Successful SENCO Training Events

SENCO Training That Delivered Real Classroom Strategies, Not Theory

Infiniti Education provided this Free event for SENCOs, senior leaders, and inclusion professionals across Kent and the South East.

On Friday 27 February 2026, Infiniti School welcomed school leaders from across Kent, Medway, South East London, and East Sussex for a high-impact SENCO training session focused on behaviour, ADHD, and neurodiversity.

Led by UK specialist Fintan O’Regan, the session provided practical tools that can be implemented immediately in classrooms and across leadership teams.

What Attendees Took Away

This was not a theoretical session.

Attendees left with:

  • Practical strategies to re-engage disengaged learners
  • Greater confidence when working with parents and carers
  • Tools to support pupils with ADHD and neurodiverse profiles
  • Techniques to strengthen motivation, mood, and engagement
  • Clear approaches to improving behaviour and learning outcomes

Some quotes from attendees include;

“A very informative session with great analogies that will be useful for CPD with other staff.”

“A well-hosted and engaging event. It was valuable to reflect and review different strategies.”

Delivered by Fintan O’Regan

  • Mindset
  • Mood management
  • Motivation
  • Movement and memory
  • Mediation
  • Practical learning hooks
  • Working effectively with parents and carers

Each area was broken down into clear, usable strategies for schools.

Who Was in the Room
